Garage Floor Repair

Existing garage floor slab had cracked and sunk at least 6 inches. Mud jacking the slab was an option but would not remove the cracks. Additionally, the remaining slab was flaky, difficult to clean and giving off a lot of dust.

Solution was to demo the cracked and sunken slab, fill and compact the sunken area, install rebar and throw new slab.

To allow for easy maintenance and reduce concrete dust in the area, the new and existing slab was polished and sealed.
